ABOUT US

We are a group of attorneys and professionals who have seen the havoc that the court system has on families and individuals.

Most of our attorneys are seasoned litigators, but all have chosen Collaborative Divorce because we prefer to settle the issues of divorce without the trauma of a trial or other courtroom hearings. Rather than looking to the courthouse for solutions, we embark on a series of meetings to settle the case in a calm, private, non-threatening setting.

Our mental health professionals have experience helping clients through the psychological trauma that the litigation experience can cause the family. We are proud to have these processionals as a part of our team to help our clients find solutions to their families’ problems; rather than adding to the trauma by painful litigation.

Our financial advisors have been hired in litigation. They have engaged in the battle of the experts over the value of business. They have seen the expense this piles upon a family already mired in the financial difficulties of divorce.

If you choose one of our attorneys to handle your divorce, you also have the option of having trained neutral financial adviser and communications/counseling experts to help dissolve your marriage in an atmosphere of respect and civility. More importantly, we are hope that this process will assist you in preparing for your next stage in life.

You begin by hiring the collaborative attorney of your choice. The attorneys in TCCP each have independent law practices, and are in no way associated with each other. We are dedicated to resolving legal disputes in a collaborative manner when their clients select that process. Each attorney remains an advocate only for his or her own client.

If a divorce is inevitable for you, please choose our better way to help you and your family through this very difficult time.
